FlySafair doesn’t care for its customers

I arrive at the counter shortly after they closed and they say they can’t assist an unaccompanied minor, whereas some time ago the supervisor managed to assist us by finding some to rush the child. Boarding was still opened and there was still time. Can’t an employee go an extra mine just to assist a loyal customer, I used this airline every school holiday. Now we have to drive for almost 2 hours back to Potchefstroom, back again tomorrow morning for a 6am flight.
