FlySafair doesn't care

In summary, my wife was unexpectedly admitted to hospital on Thu and subsequently had unexpected and unforeseen surgery today. As a result, a planned CT trip I had needed to be cancelled, and the fabulous people at Flysafair are sticking to their t's and c's, and either forcing me to accept a 50% refund or charge me to change flights - feels a bit like profiting from their clients medical issues! I understand terms and conditions, but the company has demonstrated a complete lack of EQ in my opinion. Oh how I wish there was decent competition in the skies
