Flysafair does not respect my property.

My bag was damaged during my trip down from Durban to Cape Town.

Flysafair is offering me a compensation of R1000 when a similar bag is worth R9000. They also offered to replace my bag but said that they cannot guarantee that it would be a bag of the same features.

I cannot accept this offer as the bag is of a certain quality and I cannot downgrade my bag because of an airline that doesn't value my property.
