Flysafair does not care about their customers safety

I am beyond disappointed with flysafair, I got injured yesterday while walking on their slippery steel staircase in the rain, you would have thought a company like this would have identified that wet steel staircases is a potential safety hazard.But clearly they Do Not care about the safety of their customers. On top of that their flight attendant did not even have the decency to help me carry my bag. Instead they waited until I was seated, I asked for something to apply on the injury or anything to help with pain and to my suprise they did Not have anything to offer me.. I was am shocked to hear that whole airplane does not have a fully equipped first aid kit, that's if they even have the first aid kit.

Then to make the matter worse their employee **** and said that I refused their help..how can I asked them for ointment and yet refuse their help.

I am beyond disgusted with flysafair not only do they not care about their customers safety, they are also *****.

Next time you decide to fly with flysafair remember to pack your own First Aid kit.
