Flysafair does not care about customers booked via edreams.

Flysafair is aware about edreams booking and should take some form of responsibility as well. We booked early morning flight and all looked good had a reservation Reference as well, not until we got to flysafair counter, suddenly I did not book, all flysafair flights are full for the day. No assistance at all from flysafair side considering that I booked their flight through edreams. I hope flysafair will do something considering that about 5people had similar challenges and flysafair is happy to turn us away. Now stranded and other options are way too costly.
