FLYSAFAIR does not allocate your minors seats next to you and are unwilling to assist

I booked tickets for my wife and two children (3 and 5) on flysafair. Upon arrival at the airport we checked in and everything as normal. When they then arrived at the plane, flysafair booked all of them on different seats throughout the plane. My wife was embarrassed by the fact that she needed to request random people to swop seats to allow her to sit next to the children.

This now happened again, when booking seats for me and my family I specifically went online to check in early to ensure our seats are together only to find that this is not the case and there are no seats located next to each other. I went on to call customer care (which is a difficult process by itself) only to be told they cant do anything about it, but that I should rather take pre-booked seats next time at an additional cost for all of us.

I cannot imagine how a company can allow something such as this to happen and can expect that your little girl sits next to a complete stranger completely out of site of yourself. My child could be sitting next to a ********* for all I know.

What makes it worse is that no where on their website they state that you should make use of the pre-booked option if you are traveling with kids.

Completely unacceptable and be warned everyone.
