FlySafair dismal service and unfair practices

I missed my flight as a result of the long queue at security. I was then told to go to the Safair counter to book a standby ticket. I'm very disappointed by the unhelpful and unaccomodating staff. Needless to say, you pay R300 for nothing as there's no guarantee you will catch the next flight. We really need competition for this airline as they just do as they please. Where are the days when they call you over loud speaker to board? And what's the point of online check in when you are delayed at security? Its really a shame that we have to pay such high fees and get such horrible service. For many people, you miss the opportunity to attend an interview, funeral, wedding or any special occasion because of such a heartless and careless organisation.
