!!!!!!FlySafair Delayed Service is DISGUSTING!!!!!!

My mother is supposed to fly to Cape Town from OR Thambo at 20:15 tonight on flight FA103, however, the flight has been delayed with nearly three hours!!!!! and the only compensation the flight company are giving to the passengers, is an R80 wimpy meal voucher, which isn't even enough for a meal and something to drink. The flight ticket was almost R3000 and this is how FlySafair takes care of their passengers on delayed flights. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!!!!!! With a delay that long, it would be expected that FlySafair will let the passengers sit in an airport lounge with comfortable seating and free food and drinks. I would have expected better service from a trusted airline company, but this is a total disappointment.
