FlySafair Deception R100 at a time

For the past hour, I am trying to book return tickets on this airline. Not a problem at all but dont be duped by the cheap adverts they display all over. Allow me to share my experience. When you make your depart and return booking on the "lite", of course because it is the cheapest and as a businessman you carry only hand luggage, it automatically adds priority which is at a cost of R100. With priority, you stand in a queue that is supposed to be faster and you sit quciker at your seat. BUt what if a customer does not want this? There is no option on the site for you to cancel the option. You automatically get charged a whopping R9 for an sms message which you opt out of but not so with the "priority"offered by safair. So a 100 x R200 by customers who dont check that even though they do not want a priority embark, you still pay for it. This is wholesale ******* and deception of well meaning customers who opt for Safair instead of other airline. Dont be duped or conned. Be careful of the unknown charges being added to your costs. ******* by deception and of course exploitation unbeknown to the custoners who are being compelled to take something at an added cost even if they do not want to. Safairs's e-mail address is helpsafair. What help? Helping themselves!!! to your monies without you knowing it. Go to the "more expensive" competitor who is not deceiving you. Shame on you, Flysafair.
