FlySafair - ****************

I flew with FlySafair on 15 December from Johannesburg to George and had checked-in luggage with locks on it. Upon arrival I was picked up from the airport and drove to a destination a few hours away. Only at my destination when I finally unpacked my luggage did I realise the locks were gone and that some items were missing. I was suspicious but first wanted to eliminate the fact I maybe put it somewhere else but then I realised my personal belongings, including underwear, an external, perfume and some jewellery was ******.

I reported this to FlySafair but they advised me that it is already outside of the 24hour window to report this and they cannot assist my claim at all. This is beyond absurd.
