During this time of lockdown safair is still charging cancellation fees while other domestic airlines are not I cancelled my booking two weeks ago and still waiting fir my refund voucher Bad customer service I would not use this airline again I advise customers to rather use the other domestic airlines who are in operation much longer I received my refund from kulula within 5 days no cancellation fees Excellent customer service
