FlySafair couldn’t care

I was forced to skycheck my carry on suitcase at CT international. When we arrived at OR Tambo and I collected my bag I noticed that my bags handle had been broken. I contacted Flysafair claims department only to be told that they are not liable and it is my problem. I find this unacceptable!! Terrible service from them and bad attitude towards my loss. It seems that the expectation is simply that i carry the cost of their negligence Junaid Bartis (their representative) doesn’t even bother to reply to my emails
