Flysafair Controls and service is highly questionable

Flysafair has very clear rules regarding carry-on luggage, which is 1 cabin size piece of luggage. However, people board the flight, and is allowed by both the ground and air staff to board with 2cabin size or sonetimes bigger, and then also handbags and additional PC bags. When you then board, following the rules, even checking in one cabin size bag, and ONLY carry on 1 half size cabin size PC bag with all your electronis, there is no space in the overhead luggage compartments and you are being told to put your electronic and PC equipment in the haul. What a joke. When you then insist that your carry on luggage cannt go into the haul, you are trwated like dirt on the flight. I fly regularly local and internationally, but Flysafair will never see me again, nor my company’s local travellers. Maybe we must just get use to this poor controls and service in South Africa, as it seems that is the new normal.
