FlySafair Compliment

I just wanted to thank FlySafair for always being reliable and kind. All airlines have their hiccups, but I have always found FlySafair staff to be respectful and fair. I run a non-profit and part of my work involves sending first-generation students to universities around the country, which is often their first time flying. Over the years, I have also needed to send their parent(s) to their graduation ceremonies, which is also the parent's first time flying. I cannot always fly with the student or the parents, and flying for the first time can be a scary experience. FlySafair has always helped accommodate these passengers, helping escort them to the gate and helping to explain the whole process to new travelers, both in the terminal and on the plane. This is really above and beyond the mandate of their jobs, and I wanted to let you know that it has always been appreciated. When I travel with FlySafair, I often have big suitcases full of donated clothes, and FlySafair has always been incredibly accommodating and understanding, again going above and beyond their jobs in the name of kindness. I always recommend FlySafair and it's the only airline my nonprofit uses. Thanks again for being an airline that not only has fair prices but also has a truly amazing staff.
