Flysafair Complaint

As a Company, we have not had the best service and experience flying Safair. As a Corporate company that flies weekly to different provinces, we used Safair's service regularly. One of our Executives had a booking and had been checked in, seat had been chosen etc. As he boarded the plane, he was informed that his seat had been reallocated; on asking why this happened, he was informed that this passenger had paid more for his ticket and had been allocated the seat. Our executive was then moved to alternative seating. We have made numerous attempts to address this situation and have received no response. A poor show on Flysafair's part!
