Flysafair Complaint

I purchased a ticket to fly to George on Saturday 11 June returning Saturday 25 June 2022. My purchase price was R2020.00 I had to undergo an emergency operation to both my feet and had to postpone my flight.

This morning I heard that Flysafair only gave me a R700 voucher for my ticket. Is that the way it should be ? I can now travel to my children but have to pay R3100.00. I am shocked ! I am a pensioner, only wanting to see her grandchildren. Is there not more compensation? Please I need urgent answers. R700 of R2020.00 is not acceptable. If this is the way they handle things I shall NEVER fly with them again or recommend them.
