Flysafair Class act??? NOT!!!

Flight FA 241 from East London to OR Tambo was cancelled yesterday 6 Jan 2020. Air line provided no accommodation and only transport within a very limited distance from the airport. My under aged son and his friend were on the flight and were left scrambling for a place to sleep and basically left to their own devices. To rub it in staff thought it appropriate to remind the passengers on the replacement flight early morning on 7 Jan that all should all be grateful some staff were working on their day off. Advertise as most reliable airline in SA but in reality closer to SAA
