flysafair cannot charge a R300 cancellation fee for coronavirus

due to the coronavirus all functions and travel plans have to be suspended or cancelled.why must flysafair charge us a R300 cancellation fee and also tell us when we should fly.we want a FULL REFUND simple.The same has to apply all other airlines.
