After NUMEROUS phonecalls & waiting about 10 minutes before a "consultant" answered, I have been waiting since 21 June 2022 for a refund of R493.50. I initially gave my bank details, when I called again, was told payment was rejected, so gave them my details again. I AGAIN called, & asked to speak to their manager, NOT AVAILABLE!!! Once AGAIN, I called, with my reservation number, which I gave during my first call. After being put on hold ( yup, for a change) I was told that the amount due was paid into an account ending in 4 digits ( eg: 1111)....which are NOT my last 4 digits of my bank account!!! When I asked who'se account number it belongs to, was told they can't tell. So someone else now has MY money, which I want back THIS WEEK, otherwise I WILL go to the papers & approach an attorney.
