FLYSAFAIR BOARDING POLICY IS JOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

We arrive at boarding gate 10h45. Our flight boarding closes at 10h55. We stand in a long line and by the time we get to sign in 10h56 they say we are too late. Then we have to book new flights. Why don't flysafair close the boarding gate at the last person in the line.
