FLYSAFAIR BEING UNJUSTLY

I really find it unfair and unjust that FLYSAFAIR cannot refund bookings that couldnt be held due to Government restrictions and Level 4 regulations by the President. It is against the Consumer Act and even bad for business. Who would wanna use the same company that is taking advantage of its customers?

Never will recommend them, and or their services; Nor will I ever use their services in the future. I need my refund because I won't fly anymore. And will have no trips towards that route.

Right now, all I want from FlySafair is my money back, and not a voucher, and seeing that they provided me with the voucher, afford a full cash refund for the voucher.
