FLYSAFAIR - BAG RANSACKED

I’m so livid, this morning when I checked in, I was told I’d have to check in my bag and pay an extra R250, I did. The friendly lady at check in went in to secure my bag, straight from the airport I rushed to my meeting. I just checked in at the hotel, tags were not there anymore and things missing in my bag!!! I called the airline now and am being told that they can’t do anything!!!!! REALLY???
