Flysafair Bad service and arrogant

I will never use flysafair airline,on the 16 August 2017 I booked a first flight to John from Durban I came one hour early and I checked in and decided to seat on lounge when I went to board the flight I was already 5 mins late but still I had 10 mins as I have 15 mins to board the flight.but my ticket was checked in the gate and I was not allowed to pass and I was told that I am late they closed the gate and I had to go back to customer care where I met the gentleman by name of Willem who said he is the Manager I explained what had happened and I ask him the procedure and company policy he told us that they don't announce names on the airport speaker they only announce the flight 3 times of he claim they did,I told him there were no announcement on our flights.he then call the lady who was in the boarding gate her name was Nokulunga Khoza she came on the customer service desk and confirm that there were no announcement made for that flight.Willem decided to call another lady who is not known to us she said she did announce our names and surname 3 times .we were confused because the First Lady Nokulunga denied that they made announcement and Willem said they only announce flight not passage names and the last lady who was called by the manager said our names were announced,that was all nonsense no one announce our names .we had to pay more money and wait for afternoon flight. I then report the matter to flysafair head and I was given a email address for someone who in charge of Flysafair his name is Juan Biermann I sent an complaint he respondents and said he will investigate and came back few days later and said I was 5 mins late and they is nothing they will do. Very poor customer service from this people they only interested in making money . I am sure our seats were given to standbys while we already checked in that shows that we were in the airport already. We end up paying more money and book the hotel in jhb . I will make sure that I will never support this airline and make sure people don't use this unprofessional airline.
