FLYSAFAIR ATROCIUOS SERVICE

I lodged a complaint with Safair 2 weeks ago regarding a R350 penalty that I was charged for a carry on bag that was deemed too big. The very same bag that not only had a travelled 2 days previously, but the very same bag that I have used on Safair frequently over the past 2 years and on Air Link and SAA for years before that. I have tried at least 20 times to contact Safair telephonically over the past week to follow up on my original email,\. Despite leaving numerous messages on numerous extensions, i have not heard a peep from a single representative. Atrocious service.
