FlySafair are *******

I bought flight tickets for a trip to George in the Western Cape through Travelstart on FlySafair. FlySafair then informed me that due to COVID restrictions my flight was cancelled. FlySafair now only wants to refund just over half of the ticket value. My invoice clearly show that only 5% of cost went to Travelstart, meaning that FlySafair is busy *****ing their clients money when they cancel their flights.
