FLYSAFAIR ARE *******!!!!!!!

They are *******! I was booking a flights to and from Durban. Found a flight JHB to Durban one way at R349 and a one way Durban to JHB at R399, both the tabs were open on my screen, first ticked Durban Jhb perfect payment went through. As I clicked pay on the Jhb to Durban flight I got a big fat "We are sorry Your session was lost!"

Now I had to book tickets at R699 each. I would not have booked these flights if i didn't get them at these rates. So be super careful when booking with Safair as they will let you pay the one at the lower rate and then bomb you out as you click pay on the next one. Forcing you to now book the more expensive flights with them. I will NEVER use SAFAIR again and I hope that people see this note and realize their low fair flights are one big fat ****!!!! When I phoned them and explained I got o sorry you were too slow, how can I be too slow when everything was typed in including my credit card details and when I hit Pay it threw me out?? I then requested a refund for my flights I had paid for and was told no sorry we have a no refund policy. So guys this is how flysafair fills up their flights advertising low fair flights just don't book more than one cause then you will be kicked off the system when you pay for these tickets and be forced to pay the higher rate as you already have the one leg of your flight.
