Flysafair are ********s

The airline is BAD BAD BAD... I had a flight from CPT to JNB and because I had a check in bag, they closed 2min before I joined the queue. There were queues at the airport because of Rocking the Daisies patrons leaving CPT. While I was in the queue I was informed the flight was closed 2min earlier. Had I not had checkin luggage I could have gone to the boarding gate. I was directed to the ticketing office, where I was told that all flight were fully booked for the day and I could be put on standby, which made me wonder the reason they will not allow me to proceed into my flight is because they had someone else teed up to take my seat. Additionally, the ticket desk could not change my flight because it was booked through an agent, when I called the agency, they redirected that the ticket was locked by the airline and the airline has the funds. FlySafair is the worse, the money was sitting with them and they would not even put me on standby or be able to amend my ticket to the following day.

As far as possible I will AVOID this airline and I will protest in the event work wants to book me on the airline. This is a crude way to make money out of passages.
