FlySafair are ***** and cheats

I booked tickets for my mother and two children using FlySafair which included a checked bag of up to 20kg. When they arrived at the airport my children forgot their bags behind do may mom ran to get them. Going back to the plane she was delayed 3 times by security and not allowed to board even though the plane was still standing and my children were on board. The plane took off 15min earlier than scheduled and my mother was left behind and my children were on the flight alone. When my mom went to the front desk they promised to replace her ticket but she had to pay R250 per bag for the bags left behind. I explained to the lady that these bags had already been paid for with my childrens tickets and should not be charged for again. They then changed the story and insisted my mom had to pay an additional R500 for her ticket and R250 per bag for the bags left behind and only gave her 1 hour to make the decision and payment. I am disgusted by the service we received and will never use them again.
