Flysafair are fleecing their customers and being **********.

I am a FREQUENT FLYSAFAIR traveler. I have needed, over the last 12 months to change my ticket times and dates on 3 occasions. On each occasion when doing this, I have lost the seat bookings which I had paid extra to secure. Checking in today i asked for the seats that I had paid for only to be told that when I make any change, which by the way the Priority Booking allows you to do twice, you forfeit your bookings and are not refunded the extra fee that you initially paid to Flysafair. HOW IS THIS NOT THEFT AND *****?
