Flysafair are ****** with cracks

Flysafair are ******** I’m not sure if they are trying to up profits for the loss they made during this Pandemic, I checked in online on the 05/06/21 for my flight to Cape Town from Johannesburg on 06/06/21 and when I’m got to the airport to check in my bag I was told that they cannot take it because the boarding gates are closed this was at 14:10 after I received an sms at 14:07 that I’ll be birding at gate D8 and the other lady said that I’ve been asking on the line who’s taking the flight 14:45 flight to Cape Town but no one responded but how could we here her when she taking with no mic.

Had to pay a full amount for another ticket and that flight was at 16:45 and the boarding gates were open at 16:15 wow I am never using their Airline shame.
