FLYSAFAIR ARE *********!!!!!!!

I booked a ticket from East London to Joburg through their APP and paid for it on the 27th March. They haven't confirmed the ticket, I.have called their call centre numerous times, they can't find the payment because they have a problem with their bank. How does their problem become my problem.
