Your email went to SPAM, and funny how the discount is the second banner. If you really cared, the 20% should be automated once I entered my voucher numbers. I should not have to have done anything extra. CON ARTISTS.

Secondly, you did not give me the full value of my original flights, YOU KEPT R600. I did not change my flights on purpose, so why werent my vouchers for the full amount?

You have increased your prices to cover for losses, but you cant expect to pay these prices.

So in total, I am paying a little over FIVE GRAND!!!!! And that, this is without checked in luggage.
