FLYSAFAIR APPAULING SERVICE KING SHAKA

I’m sorry but FLYSAFAIR HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST AIRLINE EVER! I’m not sure how many characters this post will take but here goes...

We fly on another airline from JHB to King Shaka. My Wife kids and I. No issues no problems. Everything all ok.

At King Shaka on the other hand is a totally different issue with FLYSAFAIR. The lady at their check in counter requested my kids birth certificates. Nowhere do we have them with us nor did they ask us for it when leaving Jhb. The lady is quite abrupt and rude and I demand to speak to the Manager. The Manager just as abrupt and rude “those are the rules”. My mom then tries to check-in, her drivers license expired which is another issue. She tries to explain that she is still waiting for her booking to renew! The lady at the counter then tells my mom she needs to go to the police station for an affidavit!!!!! I mean come on. My mom flew with flysafair coming to king Shaka without hassle and now she goes through all of this at King Shaka! We manage to find birth certificate on email somehow and when I show the birth certificate the lady now tells me at the counter she wants a physical copy!!! Really???? I go on to make copies at FLYSAFAIR Baggage payment counters. I took pics but cannot attach to show you how bad the pictures came out. It was black and very blurry. You could not make out any information. Anyway, I take it back to the counter, the lady takes it, looks at it, can’t make out a damn thing, puts it aside and checks us in!!!! She then sends me back to baggage counter to book in my golf bag! Why not ask me to do it all at once??? Back I go to the baggage counter.

FLYSAFAIR IS THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER TRAVELLED ON AND I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT MAKE USE OF AND ENCOURAGE/ RECOMMEND USE OF FLYSAFAIR TO ANYONE WANTING TO TRAVEL.

My family and i will never never never use Flysafair again! Looking at the email address, their management will never see any of these comments. I’m sure this like many other negative reviews will be ignored.

Happy to pay a higher price for better service! This has got to be the worst end to a rather fantastic holiday.
