flysafair and their unfair extras charges

<p>I just booked online for my mum (thandi myeza ) and my two aunt on flysafair to come to cape town for my graduation on the 5th of May. I went to pay on Pick and Pay. But when I got home I saw that now there Two Thandi Myeza names I think it automatically save her name as I started with it. I was told I have to pay R300 to correct that. What makes me unhappy is that there was nothing that warned me that there is already a Thandi Myeza written down and that am I sure I do not want to change that name, as all website will do. If I don't have 300 that means I will have to forfeit a flight that is R989, as they will not allow her in. When you book on flysafair they do not even ask you for ID numbers even each persons cellphobe number and each person's email they know you can make a mistake their website is not user friendly because they want people to make mistakes so they charge people. Flysafair is presented as this cheap flight to us but when you book there are cost automatically added on the money you pay you have to be extra caregul that you cancel. I don't understand what am I paying for. So now there are two Thandi Myeza on one flight I don't understand why pay for that I am not changing flight I am just correcting the name. Why do you have to pay the company did not lose anything and you doing it yourself online which I feel it a security issue. My concern is that I am a student paying for parent to come over for graduation not having R300 means R1013 I have already paid is going to the drain and the company just gained on my loss. </p>
