Flysafair ************** and preferential treatment to the people in the wrong

Never had a problem boarding until today. Stoor in in line like everyone else to check in our bags. Noticed the two gentlemen infront greeted the couple. Couple didn't go to the back of the line like they should. They jumped the line. Thought ok, one couple, we can let it slide. Next couple, really was not impressed. All the way up to 5 elmore couples, totally unfair! I went to the lady who checks everything and asked her to correct the situation as all of us have been waiting little over an hour in the line. Her way of "fixing the proble" taking all of them to priority boarding while we are still in the line for probably another hour. That is fine because we planned for it, but to let others jump the line and giving them preferential treatment is the worst feeling of silencing the ones who follow the rules. Unfortunately the lady did not give me her name or showed me her card. The next lady I spoke to said her name is Musi but also refused to show me her card. I Dont think I have ever been so publicly humiliated by them as I was today by simply asking for help in an unfair situation. I do expect a response. Happend at OR THAMBO 5 min ago.
