Flysafair = anal ****

This is by far the worst airline I have ever used ...tried doing everything online but the password codes they repeatedly send won't work...basically they are the Pablo Escobar of the skies ....once you book with them there's absolutely nothing you can do about changing the flight times or dates ....its like your mistake your bad air experience ......I wish they become synonymous with all accidents in the airplane business because using their ustomer care line is useless...the only way they will lose business is if people speak of their bad experiences with them
