FlySafair - *********** Airline!

I bought 2 tickets on the 30% sale date of 2025. The system was glitching and kicked me out many times. I eventually got to the point of payment and the website would not let me pay. Later I then receive an email with a booking reference attached. I tried to search this booking number on my FlySafair app but it did not exist. I called FlySafair and my seats have been given away. This is disgusting service from FlySafair. Rather don't have sales on flight tickets because clearly you haven't got a tech team to sort out the glitching and then customers must just accept your mistakes and loose tickets.
