Flysafair

I had the worst experience trying to fly with Flysafair. They are ripping people off because of what has happened with Kulula. They said, I missed my window to check in so they sold my ticket to someone else while penalising me with keeping 100 percent of the value of my ticket. the funny part is I did not miss my flight and I was at the counter around 50 minutes before the departure. but since they did sell my ticket to someone else they could not help me. it seems like they are running a ****, 1- closing the counter when they should not 2- selling your ticket to someone else at full price 3- not refunding your ticket because you were a "no show" ( absolute nonsense) 4-since this is happening to a lot people, asking them to pay R300 or R400 to put them on standby list which is non refundable and without guarantees. 5 - selling the last minute ticket to desperate people at full price so no chance for standbys to get the ticket. 6- making a lot of money by abusing the situation!

I will never ever trust you again. What a disrespectful experience. stay away from them if you can until they end this nonsense.
