Flysafair *******

A ********** airline. Booked seats from Cape Town to jhb with my wife, arrived 90 minutes early for flight only to be told that we are seated apart, both in middle seats.

Seats were booked weeks in advance, cannot believe airline so ridiculously silly that they don’t understand spouses to sit together? Pathetic, and no assistance whatsoever when we complained.

Then waited for 40 minutes for bags to come out baggage claim.

Stick with Lyft - these guys are ****.
