Flysafair

My mother is in a wheelchair and I had to book a flight from JHB to Port Elizabeth. Did the booking online, picked a seat and day before the flight checked in. Took her, my mother in law and aunt to airport and then after we had checked in the luggage they tell me that she cannot sit in the seat I booked because she has her own wheelchair. My mother in law flew with her and they say the staff was very rude and unhelpful. She flew to JHB on British Airways and we had no problems. I would suggest that Flysafair rather not accept bookings from disabled people if they are not prepared to provide the neccessary assistance.
