Flysafair

Trying to get my flights canceled due to the damage caused by the floods , not asking for my money back ,just to put the full amount if paid on a voucher without paying any penalties .All the other company's is very accomadating in this regard but Flysafair cant understand that lives have been lost, builings and resorts been destroyed by the floods ,road swept away , wonder if Flysafair offices in Durban will give me accommodation because im not willing to lose R2400 . Bunch of *****s and have no hearts
