Flysafair

I had a flight that was boarding at 8am. I arrived at the airport at 7:15 am and was told that the flight had already closed I needed to go to the ticket sales department and I will be fined extra for another ticket. Okay fine, when I get there the next flight is available online but the lady cannot book that one for me cs on her system flight is full. I had to buy another ticket for R1417. The flight was supposed to board at 10:50it is now 11:32 and we're still waiting and not being told what's going on. I'm in Johannesburg waiting for a durban flight on th 05-03-2023 Yoh worst experience ever!!! If they flight can be so late, why did I spend R1417 on a brand new ticket cs they couldn't book me on the same flight minus the money I had already paid. I AM NEVER FLYING FLYSAFAIR EVER AGAIN!!!!
