Flysafair

The fact that FlySafair won't refund you in cash when cancelling a booking well in advance is not on. I am not a regular traveler, and unfortunately I had to cancel my flights due to personal reasons. Not only did I loose R1,200 in cancellation fees, but was denied a cash refund. They only offer a voucher.
