FlySafair

I booked a flight back from C.T on the 20th of Feb with FlySafair, after I hoped to get my sister 85 years on a plane back to Germany. Lufthansa had cancelled all flights and booked a flight for her on BA, they said they where fully booked and could not take her. Because of the lenghty discussions with Lufthansa I missed my flight back to J.burg ,the employee from FlySafair,got my luggage off the plane and booked 2 new tickets back to J.burg for my sister and I.I feel I should be reimbursed for the flight back to J.burg but FlySafair said this is not there policy. The employee from FlySafair could have just rebooked my flight and not charge me a much higher price.
