I booked my tickets for a graduation in Jo'burg but now can't travel due to the corona virus but flysafair wants to charge me R300 cancellation as though it's my fault but now got that information from their site, tried to do it on line it's not working it keeps giving me errors n it's a mission impossible to get hold of them telephonically, a lady at their helpdesk in East London airport knows nothing, am feed up with their service
