Flysafair

Highly annoyed with Safair this morning! The weather was awful in Cape town and despite having left with at 5am for a 6:20 flight (the airport is a 20 min drive from my place) I got to the airport 5mins after I could check in my luggage. The person whose counter I went to was disgustingly rude and all he had to say to me, 'late is late!' I have been sitting here in a packed flight for over an hour as their flight is delayed... Wow! Not even an offer of a cup of coffee to their clients. Just disgusting!
