I was purchasing a flight from Durban to Cape Town (round trip) when I completed my booking the site then told me your booking has been lost please rebook! When I rebooked the price was R240 higher I then called them, they said they could help me and that they have not experienced this issue before which was fine. they then told me that they website does not give this issue because they did not experience it! (They were basically implying that I was lying because they did not experience it!) I spoke to a guy name Kevin who was very rude!be gave sarcastic replies! When I told him I was going to record the call he then changed his attitude and after a while passed me on to a supervisor, who then rep**** similarly! I then booked the flight cause I had no other option! I will not use them again and will definitely not recommend anyone else to!
