FlySafair
I travel weekly for work.First time that our National Company used this airline. My Fossil watch fell off my arm.I landed at OR Thambo and realized that my watch was no longer on my arm.I asked the air hostess if a passenger did not perhaps hand it in.While talking, other passengers joined the conversation and stated how they saw the ground staff picking it up as we boarded the plane for flight FA201 from Cape Town to OR Thambo 8.40.Why was it not given to the air hostess? I was told to phone FlySafair ticket sales - I could not find the number.I then called the contact centre who referred me to the Cape Town airport (really???).I was then told to call the \Lost division\" on ***.This number has been engaged since 11:11am it is now 13:30.I called the Contact Centre numerous times. Finally general queries assisted.Apparently no one handed the watch in.They will conduct an investigation and inform me tomorrow. The lack of assistance is shocking!!Secondly, my suitcase was damaged.Lastly, there was a medical emergency on the flight to Cape Town. The staff were running up and down with pale faces-not in control + creating a sense of panic.I am questioning the level of staff appointed"
