FlySafair. 1st and last time

On Friday the 3rd April I dropped my wife and child of 2 years with 4 bags at drop off. She , carrying all necessary documentation of all four of us, went to a lady at checking counter at around 4:00 pm to check all our bags in and acquire our boarding passes. Just to be told \ you cant check in without everyone present."the check in clerk was told that I imran was off to drop our car off at long term parking. Response was \"" Ill give them (my son And I) till 5:10 pm. I arrive at 4:55pm and she says\"" sorry madam its too late gates are closed. you need to rush or will miss your flight\"". I asked for her supervisor. \""no sir his already Boarded ? the Plane.\"" I was ushered off to client services only to be charged R200. each for my son and I as penalty with no guarantee of being on the next fight. In the interim my wife is stressed n crying n my children are hungry. I was also overcharge R250 for one bag being 3kg overweight whereas the rest of the bags were much less than 20kgs ( max weight).
