Flysafair

<p>Worst Experience ever today at OR Tambo. Arriving at 06:10 for a flight which only leaves at 6:45... to be told by the guys at the check in counter "sorry you missed the flight" !!! How do we miss a flight that is only scheduled to leave in 35 mins! Staff were extremely unhelpful to the extent of even ignoring passengers. What kind of service is this? Supervisor apparently has the authority to let us through however point blankly refuses to help. All we got from them were generic responses about check in times which I must add were not stipulated on the email confirmation we received. This is my first experience with an airline that closes check in 40mins before a flight departs. Utterly dissapointed at the service and certainly will NOT ever use this airline again.</p>
